| The mission of YDMC is to bring young people into the democratic process. The YDMCs attempt to accomplish this goal through a variety of core activities, including: 1. Recruiting new Democrats and registering them to vote.
2. Training Young Democrats to be effective campaign volunteers and field workers.
3. Educating young voters on the issues that matter to them.
4. Leading campaign invasions to help Democrats win close elections.
5. Communicating the Democratic message to young voters using the internet, e-mail, and blogs. YDMC general membership meetings are on the 2nd Sunday of each month - next meeting is September 9 at Owen's Bagels! |
